A few days later – my husband was offered another job – much better in status and pay!

Further update – he didn’t end up with that job, but a far better job became available in October. He is so much happier now – with a better job title and more money! They treat him well there and appreciate his skills as a QA Manager. He has weekends off and doesn’t get ph calls all through the night.
